"The USPS people were helpful. USPS, in general, is useless. I sent a priority mail that was supposed to arrive on 8/10. It is now 8/16 and it still hasn't arrived. If you call their 1-800 number, you cannot reach a person. I paid $8 for a service I did not receive and it's not the first time that USPS has failed to meet their obligations. Next time I'll pay a little more and use UPS."
