"I had no experience in bread baking so I decided to take a class. I chose the focaccia baking class at Farmhouse School. It was an absolutely wonderful and fun experience. The group size was small enough to get individual attention from our instructor, Chef Gabby. She was very knowledgeable about baking and offered lots of extra baking tips in addition to giving us a printed copy of our recipe to take home. The experience was very ‘hands on’, no sitting and watching. Everyone else in the class was also new or practically new to bread baking. The best part was the bread I baked turned out pretty good for a first-timer as did everyone elses. I look forward to taking more baking classes at Farmhouse in the future."
"Friday night I met an amazing group of people attending farmhouse cooking school. The evening was well orchestrated, food fresh and organic grown at the farm. The kitchen we worked in was open airy and well appointed. We enjoyed our meal outside by candlelight in the garden, it was fantastic. I highly recommend the experience and food!! Enjoy"
