"The personnel are so very helpful and always cheerfully so. It is an amazing amount of pieces of mail, boxes and packages to sort and handle. After moving here in one week I felt as if I had lived here all my life. They take real concern in getting to know the people of the City of Sesser, Illinois. They are remarkable and I do hope that you tell them so. (We just sent in corrections for their desk hours which were all incorrect. Hope that gets taken care of soon. I missed mailing a package on time due to the incorrect desk hours. Thank you.)"
