"I assist people in stopping foreclosures and was in the process of rescuing a client's house from bankruptcy with the bank's approval so that my client wouldn't have a foreclosure mark on their credit. However, the office that was supposed to assist my client did not help with the process and failed to submit the required paperwork to complete the short sale. We worked on this case for eight months, but they did not return calls or emails regarding this matter. The office was unhelpful, rude, and showed no concern that my client would face foreclosure if the house was not pulled out of bankruptcy. Their main concern was that it would be too much work for them. It is very disappointing that my client must go through foreclosure simply because the office failed to submit the necessary paperwork."
