"Friendly and efficient! Was able to stay in my car and was in and out in 10 minutes! I'd return to cash a check if needed.."
"Their website says they close at 7pm on Sat. However I got there at 530pm and they said they were closed and that they started closing at 530 on Saturdays a while ago. But just last Saturday I remember calling them to make sure the close time is what it says on their website and they confirmed that they do close at 7pm, not 530pm."
"Hispanic teller on nights shorted me $100 and said there was nothing he could do about it. Huh? He didn't want to take the L for making a mistake. MAN UP and take responsibility for your actions. Simple as that. This business is stealing from customers and nothing is being done about it. Teller said there are no cameras in the business to videotape transactions. If anybody has any dealings with this currency exchange. COUNT YOUR $ BEFORE YOU LEAVE . STRAIGHT UP CROOKS. Cameras should be in place where transactions happen. The nights teller should get fired for stealing $"
"Refused to cash my check, though I signed it right in front of her. She also said that the check cannot be verified on Sundays. I know that information is False. Cashier Personality is as dull as a dull knife."
"I use the Currency Exchange at this location every week. I use it to cash refund checks, purchase money orders, pay utility bills, get stamps, paperwork notarized, and reload as well as unload gift/prepaid cards. The business itself is inside a small one-room building but they also have a drive-thru. The employees are usually fast so you're able to get whatever business done quickly. Their well informed on any of the cashier's check, and internet scams being done. I was In there when an older lady came to cash a check she received in the mail from a person buying her item she listed online. She told the cashier that the item she sold was $20 some dollars and the check was made out for $1200. The cashier told her to not cash or deposit that check as well as not to send her item out that this person was purchasing from her because it was a scam. The older lady started crying and thanks the employee because she lives off monthly social security checks and that would have ruined her if she would have cashed the check and sent them the $1000 they "accidentally" over wrote the check for. The scammer told her to keep the $180 for the trouble but to mail back the $1000 in cash with the item. The employees there saved the day for that poor lady."
