"They are horrible. I had a stop payment on a check . They allowed it to go thru. No help in getting my $46,0000 dollars back. Avoid this bank. I have called over n over. Getting no where. I'm so unhappy."
"Midland States personnel actually KNOW you. I find the personal experience of using this bank tops all others. They have all the financial tools you need, and keep fees reasonable. So many others act like huge conglomerates that could care less about you."
"This is the absolute worst banking organization I have ever dealt with. I would be better off burying my money in my back yard. I consistently have issues with the online banking and they have too many restrictions on where and how much of my own money i can spend. Cant wait to withdraw my money from this place and choose a better bank."
"This is for the alpine location in highcrest shopping plaza. I just wanted to give a compliment on Alexander Ramos, he really helped me out. I’ve been trying my hardest to be financially responsible but have still occurred overdraft charges. I think I’ve gotten it all straightened out so that I can make sure I’ll have enough money left in my account to cover subscriptions to monthly services such as Hulu and scentbird. However, last month, I somehow incurred an overdraft, and I’m sure it was my fault, but I basically just asked Alex if they could just this once refund my overage fee bc I was really in a financial bind, and he gave me that courtesy. He didn’t have to, because it was the banks rightful position to fine me an overdraft, bc it was my own negligence, but I really appreciate that he helped me out, I really needed it. I’ve been at midland since they took over alpine bank, and I’m still happy. Will continue banking here. I do not intend to make overdrawing my account a habit, and will not make asking the bank to erase my overdraft fees a habit either if I do over draft. Thank you Alex for all your help, you have no idea how much that helped me, I desperately needed it, I was in such a bind."
"I had been with Alpine Bank since 2006 and yes it was a bank I actually liked. With the Midland merger I was very skeptical to the bank making changes like many people. However, I decided to keep my business accounts with Midland. Today I found out it was the best decision. The same level of customer service Alpine Bank has Midland has. If you have a concern don’t freak out instead go see a banker at this location. They reviewed my concern and went above and beyond helping me. In fact, I learned that now they have much more to offer not just business wise but for personal as well. The banker that helped me with my situation was Melissa Johnson. Being a business owner I value customer service, and let me tell you Melissa has tremendous customer service skills. Thank you for all of your help."
