"Completely worthless. FEDEX outsources work to Last Choice. Multiple times they have includes packages meant for someone else with our order. Other times they claim they've delivered the product and the product is not located anywhere in the shipping/receiving department."
"Horrible company! They don't pay contractors on time or correctly. Several drivers have complained about being shorted. The management charges for drug screening but never does the test. Example I paid twice for drug tests and never got tested. After true cost analysis my job paid $255 a week after expenses and required 8 hour days 7 days a week."
"photos say it all... package looks like an accordian. Next day seems to be 2nd or 3rd day to these guys if then. Do NOT use this company"
"I actually worked for express courier but we shared the same warehouse at the time. As much as i hated working for express I was told from others that first choice wasn't any better. These guys are independent contractors so avoid working here. I am blessed to be working with a company that appreciates hard work and rewards us with good pay and benefits..unlike this pathetic place."
"I worked for this company close to a year. I must say that my first impression was that there was allot of chaos and things were disorganized. Being the driven individual that i am, I put an extra push in myself to helping this company, in efforts to see them change this around and improve. I first came in doing a job that was designed to be done by 3 separate individuals that at the time i was assigned to do solo. I was a need for them because I had to check in ALL the company's drivers at this location and manually put in each and every piece count that came in and left their warehouse into a what i would say is an outdated system. Not to mention i learned to use this system with little to almost no training at all. I did this daily until the company was able to hire additional help and see progress in accounting for their inventory which, wouldn't be for months. I sometimes came in at 1 am after my children were sleep or as early as 4 am before they woke up in the morning to complete this task as much as i could. When new hires came, I was randomly given the role to train them. I took on this responsibility as well, although it was not in my job description. I did this for about 4 separate new-hires until one eventually was able to catch on and do the job appropriately. About 1 month later, a second new hire was brought in, which i was also able to successfully train which was relieving because i felt my days of being overwhelmed were coming to a stand still and i would be able to do my job without as must stress. Little did i know, this would not be the case. Soon, there was a change in management , without me being notified i must say. I found myself being approached by this manager Kevin continuously with him stating remarks about how much the company was paying me. He then discussed personal issues with me such as child support being taken out of his check and it lowering his take home pay. He had an issue with the company " paying me more". Which certainly wasn't the case considering he had his own personal deductions which i would think should have remained private on his end. He also criticized the way i trained my new hires and how i did my which wasn't an issue with my prior managers who praised my work ethics before he came along. One day i came into my office, this manage moved every thing , desk, pc's and all around to the point where i didn't have a working pc in my office. After realizing the internet connection was not connecting,i then moved my pc to a location in which the cords, which were damaged from the moved would not be disturbed. I then called IT to get support in the office and waited. Only to have him storm into the office screaming at me to move everything back in which my reply was i cannot do that. But before being able to give him the reason why the pc was moved he then yelled at me in front of new hires and prior employees well go home. Not one employee agreed with his behavior and some were shocked. I however am appalled because the company's ceo Charlie did not dispute this knowing how much i contributed to his company and allowed him to do so. I must say , I find myself now happy with this decision and that its ok because i presently work for a company that is much more organized, respectful and appreciative of my work ethics. I couldn't ask to work for a better company and I am grateful for the change. I'm looking forward to my future here."
