"Rude. Bus Manager, extremely rude and unprofessional.. Bus #24 Driver = "Jerry" was a wonderful driver... (professional, great with kids, etc..) Starting beginning of April, Driver = "the new lady".. Rude, unprofessional, inappropriate, elementary(childish) talk with the children.. I.E.= "Shut up" instead of "Be Quiet" or "Quiet Down"... Example #2: A child cries that they miss Jerry... "New Lady's" Response = "Weh, Weh, Weh,(baby sounds) Stop your crying! Also, I've been told several times in the past that each driver is supposed to stop for approx 60 seconds at each bus stop.. The new lady barely stops long enough for the children that are waiting to jump on.. Plus, she specifically told the children that if they aren't outside standing when she pulls up, that they will be left! (doesn't wait even 5seconds to see if a child may be running up, desperately trying to catch their bus... This woman obviously does NOT care about the wellbeing of children and needs to find a different job...."

"The woman that answered the phone was very rude and inconsiderate. She didn't care that my daughter is only 6yrs old and said that if she wasn't standing at the corner by the stop sign they wouldn't pick her up, never mind the fact that our house is 300 yards from the corner and it was drizzling."
