When I said it is within my rights to ask for something by law, he said I don’t agree with that and would not make the request. The legal documents had mistakes that I had to catch (having a different persons name in my paperwork). Kept changing legal assistants and then he did not have one so he did the paperwork himself which put my cost at a higher rate."

We had to call the church, where Tom Burke is a Deacon, to have Tom call Eric and Kelly and ask that they call us back. Eric never did, Kelly called and admitted to losing the Will along with some other important documents. I would recommend going ANYWHERE else. This place should be closed and fined for gross negligence and legal malpractice. They completely failed their fiduciary duties to us as clients. My family has been going to Tom Burke for over 30 years prior to his retirement. Eric and Kelly are not to be trusted as competent legal professionals."
