"GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! Very unprofessional!! For starters, they canceled my first, meet the doctor appointment MULTIPLE TIMES. Then when they finally were able to see me, something with my job came up 3 hours before my appointment. I called to ask if I could come in just a bit late and they firmly told me NO, IT CAN'T BE CHANGED which was understandable given my late notice. I told them no problem and that I would move things around to be there on time. When I arrived on time and checked in, I began waiting in the waiting room. Then suddenly a short, balding man who WAS NOT my doctor (because my doctor was supposed to be a female) asked me to come in the back with him and said that my doctor was NOT AVAILABLE and that he would begin my sessions instead. I was speechless!!! I had waited over 6-7 weeks to see this doctor, had been canceled on multiple times, was told that I could not reschedule because the doctor was so busy and she was not even there!! I did not get an apology, a logical explanation of what had happened, or the courtesy of having the opportunity to reschedule AGAIN to be able to see the doctor that I signed up for. This man just assumed that he could be my doctor without taking into consideration that finding the right doctor takes a lot of time and work and he DEFINITELY was not someone I wanted any contact with. His tone was extremely arrogant and cocky for a man with his qualities and he failed to realize that what they did was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate and VERY MUCH AGAINST HEALTH CONDUCTS. This disgusting act should not be condoned and I hope I was able to save others from having a terrible experience here."
