"Only have had cti a couple weeks now, and have lost internet connection 3 times."
"Horrible customer service very rude to you and will not even give you a 24 hour extension on the bill due, so even tho pay days are always off they don't care, not to give a 24 hour extension is crazy, said company policy is not to let anyone have it or there service will be disconnected and you will owe reconnect fee. Fast internet if you pay for 1gbps and don't even get close to it but they are not nice people."
"This is not performance related because I am satisfied with the product... You walk in this modest structure and bam suddenly transported to a high-rise Manhattan powerhouse reception area with ultra efficient ,no nonsense reception personnel. Leaves a bit of an impression."
"Only go here if you want to pay for something you are not going to get and you ask them to fix it and adjust your bill accordingly, they will tell you well we can't help with that even though I pay for 200mgps and only get 30 half the time, they are nice to talk to but nothing gets done"
