"I went in today around 12:30 with timberland boots that are two weeks old to pawn and when the male employee with the durag checked them out he said they were frayed in the front and I said really? I looked at them and said they aren't frayed man they're brand new and then he changed his statement and said they were scuffed on top. They're brown leather made to look blacked on around the outside. He said pass and walked away. That felt super disrespectful to say pass and just walk away like that before I could even get my hands back on my items. I think you guys might need to check the attitude on your employee. I won't be giving you people my business and I'll continue to recommend to others that they don't either. Super rude and lazy staff."
