"Honestly shocked by the reviews. I've dealt with this bank off and on for close to a decade. Although my main checking account is with a different bank that holds my mortgage, we've used these guys for a home equity loan years ago and more recently for a line of credit. The rates are fair and the process is efficient, timely, and overall seamless. We have always been treated with respect and felt like our business was appreciated. I'd definitely recommend this bank. It kinda has a small town feel, which is refreshing."

"U.S Bank handles our business accounts. Fortune 500 company here. My local Smith Rd location is the closest to me. They haven’t switched over their phones to be able to talk to any teller or anyone at the location even though some of their other branches are taking calls. Even customer service couldn’t reach the branch. Just put in a request to terminate this store account and switch to Fifth Third, our normal account facilitators. Customer service rep for U.S bank is also very frustrated on the phone, she is trying though."

"I bank at the two branches in my area and both are aweful.I'm closing all 3 of my accounts due to the rude people at the Meijer location and especially the branch manager, Victor at the Smith rd location. Don't waste your time opening an account if you can't tolerate incompetence or just getting treated in a rude fashion."

"I recently just purchased a new vehicle and the loan is through US Bank. If you’re expecting good service, DO NOT GO HERE. I had a terrible first impression of this bank because of this guys. I come in to do a cash advance out of my debit card because their ATM is out of service and the “banker” Andres tells me they’re going to charge me a fee to do this or I can drive down the street to my bank get the money, then back to US Bank to make my payment. What??? & It’s not so much what he said, I could of gone down the street and do it. It’s how he said it. The lack of training and professionalism is very noticeable on this guy. He needs to get off his high horse. I only have an auto loan. I could of easily been a potential new customer for different products but I instead he made my visit stressful and inconvenient. I’m disgusted with the service of this branch."
