"Sadly, this bank doesn't seem to have a 24/7 fraud protection. Our account was compromised over 4th of July weekend and we were not able to get it corrected for 6 long days. We were very disappointed and have moved our accounts."
"I took my children here during a community event when there was free face painting and popcorn, I noticed that they had a coin machine in the lobby! Brought the kids back the following week to open savings accounts with all their piggy bank money. Liked them so much that I started doing some personal banking myself. Very friendly and professional bankers! Had to look up the number to call to get help with online banking and saw some bad reviews, which shocks me.
