"I was pleasantly surprised. I saw the negative reviews and kinda worried but went in early anyway. They not only checked me in early but also loaded my trailer about 12 hours early. My appt was for 6/13 @ 1pm. I checked in 6/12 @ 10pm and was loaded by 6/13 @ 1am and finished my 10 hr break. Loaded and gone long before my appt."

"Well it's a cold storage. Get there and wait. 4.5 hrs to load. Office and dock personnel are friendly. Guy at guard shack is friendly. You will need a clean trailer. They will call when your loaded. If you have seal cover on trailer door go back with guard and verify seal. There's a loves about 5 mins from facility on Rte 34......good luck"

"I’ve been driving for 5 years and never left a bad review. This place deserves 0 starts. First my pick up was for 1-2-23 @ 4pm. I arrived around 3 pm. Upon arrival security guard told me that I wouldn’t be able to get loaded until the next day because the office decided to leave work early. Fine went to the loves trucks stop for the night. The next day , I came around 7 am to recheck in. Told to wait in the lot until I get a door. Fine 10 am I get a call go to the door. I backed into the door. It is now 9:52 pm and I’ve finally been loaded now I’m just waiting on paperwork. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!"
