"Was in Sunday 11/12/23 to purchase mouse traps and dog treats (Odd combo I know) Carla went above & beyond helping us find the mouse traps and was extremely amiable. We had our male Mastiff (Marshall) with us and although at 130 lbs can be intimidating he is very sweet and all the employees acknowledged him. Great store - amazing people"
"Customer service is somewhat abysmal. Bought an Indigio doghouse for $200.00, and ended up having to obtain and load it myself... Outdoor service rep never materialized (still sitting in the parking spot next to the dog houses as I type this). Receipt is stored safely away in case they accuse me of theft (I can't sit here all night waiting on someone to open an unlocked door...some of us have jobs)"
