"Kids are expected to wait for however long it takes for the bus to get there, but the bus barley stops if the kid isn't outside. The wind chill is -20 something! My kid can't stand outside for 20 min. He was waiting at our front door and when he heard the bus FINALLY COMING, he ran out to catch it, only to have the bus not even come to a full stop."
