"If I could give zero stars I would! I've banked with them for many years and lately they are going away down hill. Got married and brought my marriage license in to change my last name and apparently no one changed it. So when I bring my check in to deposit it they tell me no even after I have showed them proof of my name change. I thought I took care of the all of this when I brought my marriage license in last time. Finally ran to a different bank and they were able to cash it for me and I told them the story and seemed like they were making a big fuss for nothing. I will be changing banks"

"Commerce Branch -Wentzville-. I share the same feelings as everyone else here. Their employees are semi-rude when you question them about something. They work like they are unexperienced in what their suppose to be doing. Wait times for service when their bank is empty is like 10 minutes while they go dig somebody out of the break room. I just cancelled my credit card account. When I find another competent bank in the area - my savings and checking are going next!"
