"We are in there almost every week sending something. This trip, we were told we HAD to buy a box to put our package in. Brown paper wrapping can't be accepted now. This added an additional $7 to our shipping cost. It really felt like a cash grab to us. We will use a different service going forward. (Didn't like the dismissive attitude of the manager either. )"
