The technician, Rodney, spent a lot of time with my husband and myself and answered all of our questions and was able to provide the historic details on the dates (and volume) that the tank was previously filled when the home was owned by another homeowner."

Squeezing any concrete information about what is going on with my service (even how to pay for it, the one thing you'd think they'd be eager to tell me about) is next to impossible. On top of that their prices are unreasonable. This is the kind of propane company that makes me want to heat my house with wood instead.Too bad they're the only propane company available in my area."
