Dimitri is the man that handles the hiring and he is straight forward with all the information you will need they keep there equipment up in good shape there always bringing in new trucks and trailers! Safty rules are straightforward! They follow all DOT rules! It’s a very friendly apmosphere. They pay owner operators a % rate and pay company drivers good. If you are a hard worker you will make good money here!"

"I have, this week, been a driver with this company for one year. Going through orientation I listened and paid very close attention to absolutely everything that Safety was conveying. I read every paper that was put in front of me to sign. At the one year mark I have to say that I have not found even the slightest misrepresentation from any employee with this company. Without exception 100 % of everything that was told to me in orientation and from Recruiting has been spot on. I am completely confident in the upkeep of their trucks as I track my miles both weekly and monthly. Preventative maintenance is always on time and done with absolute professionalism by Orlando. Ivo, my dispatcher, is the best at what he does insomuch as keeping me moving. I personally have slightly more than 45,000 miles driven since June 1, 2023 and I attribute that to Ivo's hard work and dedication to his job. The owner, Roussi, is one of the most humble and down to earth people you will meet in this industry. I try not to dump any issues on him , however, never have I dialed his number and had my call go to Voicemail. Any mechanical issues that I had experience with my initial truck were handled by Zharko in the exact fashion I was told they would be during orientation. Top notch Safety team that will keep driver's within compliance parameters from FMCSA.Potential future drivers need to realize that you're going to be expected to do things correctly and legally. Maya, Safety, is going to hold you accountable and for this I personally thank her for doing so. I have learned an incredible amount of how to do things the right way from her and it's a big comfort driving down the road knowing that I am in total compliance across the board due to each department within this company doing their jobs without compromise.
