I was hoping to use Lululemons quality promise policy as the policy states they treat circumstances such as this one. The cashier didn’t even look at the shorts I brought and declined my reasonings for the exchange accusing me of taking advantage of their brands policy."

Not only did they let me exchange my final sale items with something in store, they helped me with a paid or joggers that had THE smallest tear in them. I’ve heard of their repair option in store, I thought maybe at best we would do that because I can’t sew honey!! They gave me a whole new pair of pants. I was shook.
