"This was the worst experience place I ever had to go. They told me they had the part when I brought the truck in on a Friday they put the truck in a bay on Saturday and then they say they do not have the part we would have to order it it would. Should be here by Wednesday .Wednesday come no call no communication about the part so I check it myself only to find out that the part won’t be in till Friday the part come in Friday then they tell me they’re waiting on the bay may not get to it till Monday I have to explain to them. I’ve been waiting since last Friday I shouldn’t have to wait to money to put a part on when I was here before some of the people already there .they never communicated with me about anything or what’s going on with my truck not 1 time did they call text or email me as I’m paying for a hotel each night waiting on them to fix it and then when it’s finally done I still do not get a call at 2:30 on Saturday. I walk over to check on it and he say oh it’s done and they close at three so be prepared to wait if you come here, communication not going to happen you just have to keep going and calling yourself to get update"
