"This is terrible place. I am here at Mechanic Nobody here I called the office and they said there is nothing they can do. You could just wait. They say they don’t have the Mechanic number. I am here at the shop. I was waiting for 42 minutes when I called the office I told him I’m just gonna do the free because I cannot wait longer than this. They said If you need flip you have to pay for it. They put container on the top of the chassis that has flat tire I came here to Mechanic to fix it, but is nobody here in they say lady who answer my call she say no why you can do the flip you can just wait there. If you need flip you’re gonna pay for it. This is not my problem I am here to pick up the container. If they have problem with them Shazi they should fix it before I came here. I’m wasting my time to do the job to fix the tires. They should pay me for that not paying them to the flip. Who’s gonna pay me for the time that I’m spending here?"

"Spent all that money to put up wude span cranes and make drivers wait multiple hours to get loaded, causing delays to customers , storage charges ,rail detention to the company, etc. Drivers have run an entire clock out to just get a container out . 9 hours of waiting . When you ask the up for help, they send a supervisor that tells the drivers they dont control the widespans . Who does ???"

"Don’t go to X lot. Iv sat for 5 hours in que. everyone around me got loaded but some drivers still sit while cranes are not moving"

"Honestly the 2 stars is purely based on outgating. The rest of the facility is great. The new terminals are fantastic, but it created a problem of a traffic jam to get out. Every exit lane goes into one lane in about 200 feet. So it’s a huge traffic jam everyday. Not to mention the new intersection configuration they came up with to get back out onto Centerpoint Way. It’s terrible."

"One of the better intermodal yard's very easy to find your trailer.. Need to do something about exiting. Gets backed up too quick bottleneck at the tunnel and again when you outgate. Have to fight for position. Not very safe"
