Reviews
"The process of paperwork and getting the car was not too bad. And also Dominick was straight to the point I appreciate the honesty other salesman would not only push for co-signers and force you to take a lemon car to start the credit building.. my experience at world Kia was great."
"Rudy was phenomenal with guiding my journey to purchase my 3rd Kia. Rudy never became testy or cold despite my onslaught of questions and inquiries. My experience was not rushed or pressed- we really felt like a team. A man of his word, Rudy made sure his promises were reflected on paper and made himself personally available for any questions, concerns or requests that may arise. Kia has a 5 star safety rating, but Rudy has a 5 start SALES rating! I am already looking forward to coming back to work with Rudy on my next Kia purchase!"
"I'm on my 3rd vehicle from this dealership. I will never go anywhere else. Best treatment ever. From sales, finance, maintenance and even the car washers. Always a great experience. Never leave feeling taken advantage of. Ed and Rudy took their time on this one."
"If I could give negative stars I would. I had higher hopes when I originally talked to James. I was told I would have a lower interest rate than the one I was given (over 10% difference) I was also told a newer car might be the best case scenario, based on my pre-approval. I ended up financing a 18 Hyundai Sonata with Chris Sutor. I was asked about three times what the highest price is, telling him three different prices each time as I felt pressured. He kept saying, “oh well what if you find a car you really like? Like you really like?” Turns out I don’t really like the car I got, and it didn’t even meet my expectations James set me up for. I was financed a larger amount than the one I was pre approved for, so why the interest rate is so high is concerning. I felt highly pressured to get a co-signer. It was necessary for me without a down payment, though I was asked six times after ensuring I didn’t have anyone to co-sign. Finally they asked if I could do a down payment again. I felt highly pressured the entire time, as I heard “they fought for these lower prices”. My favorite part was when he said, “you need a car don’t you?” It’s my favorite part because it’s actually comical. I told him I have a car, which he said was a decent car still. Not only that, but after being forced to give a review, I was pressured into changing it from a three to a five star review or “several people will lose their jobs”. Well, after all of the pressure I caved in and purchased the car, which is already not starting. The seller was so quick to pop the hood open, I didn’t even notice the huge chunks of paint missing, just barely painted over, not even buffed. I admit I should have taken a better look at the car, but I felt rushed and pressured. There’s so much to this story I don’t know if I can fit it all! The seller was very misleading and didn’t even know what he was selling. The first car I saw was a 18 sportage. Once we returned from viewing the sonata, he told me he didn’t even realize the long scratch on the driver side door of the sportage. I had asked him previously about the car fax, as I had noticed and he said he doesn’t think it was in any accidents. Since he supposedly didn’t notice the scratches, I asked him if he noticed the bumper scratches or if those were new. Now on my Hyundai the paint is already chipping, because they did a poor job of covering it up. Chris immediately opened the hood then he immediately brought me around the car, so I didn’t even notice the chips. Not only all of this, but the car was still dirty. To top it all off, Chris is now ignoring all of my texts in regards to the vehicle. When I bought it I was told that it was “just sitting” in the lot, but after reviewing the car max and everything else, I realized that was just another lie. The insurance lady also asked why there’s so many “kids” buying cars today. Girl, I am 23 years old. Respect your customers. Also the blue book value of the car is about $10,000, when I paid over $16k. When I told the management about the chips on the car not being reported on carfax, she said it wasn’t necessary. Even though that severely changes the purchase price. I was also told that the first payment would be due 45 days after purchasing, but now that I’m looking at the financing agreement sent from the bank, it says 30 days. I don’t know how many lies I was told, but either that salesman doesn’t know how to do his job or they are using very unethical practices at the dealership. UPDATE: I took my car to get an oil change because there is still white smoke coming from the exhaust. It turns out the car was not “just sitting” and that there is a leak and my oil pan is at risk of falling off. I called in hopes that they would fix it, and they told me there’s nothing they can do even though they lied about the smoke being from the car “just sitting”. Not only that, but after taking my car for its first car wash, the nice paint job they did really started to peel off. Honestly, what a joke of a dealership. “A few bad reviews won’t matter over all the good ones”."
