"I had a wonderful experience opening a savings account, checking account, x-mas account, a CD, and a money market today. The staff were all friendly."

"I’ve banked with abri for over 20 years and the last 2 have been increasingly horrible. Recently, Rebecca, the teller supervisor, told me to take my check to Chase if I wanted to cash it(which I wasn’t, I was making a deposit). She said it was my first time bringing in a payroll check, which wasn’t true, and even if it was, so what? Why would I do that when I don’t bank with Chase, I bank with Abri? There was a phone number on the check if additional verification was needed. Such a rude thing to say to a customer. I had to go home and get additional paperwork and come back to abri to deposit my check. I’m seriously ready to place my money elsewhere if I have to jump through hoops to make a deposit. This isn’t the only incident I’ve had."

"Don't even bother opening a banking account for your 15-year-old child because they are completely useless. Imagine opening an account for your son and then expecting to give them a card to use, but this banking doesn't give your child a card. What purpose does it serve to create an account for that child?"

"Whether you are a potential client or a current client Nancy Carrera is the most unresponsive "personal" banker I have ever encountered. Her lack of response during my loan process was poor to say the least. She was unresponsive for days via email. Would not answer her phone or hardly or never return my call. I am a very reasonable and understanding person and if she had advised me she was this busy I would have understood or went elsewhere. I now have a loan for them and needed help with an insurance maintenance letter sent from ABRI and yet again Miss Carrera is unresponsive and unhelpful when you reach out to her for assistance. This has been so bad i will never move a dollar to this CU. I do most of my banking online and have never needed assistance, but the small maintenance I needed I do appreciate a little bit of help in my inquiry or at least a response to the communication sent to my personal banker, which has yet to been the case since the beginning of me banking with them since January."
