"Do not think this is a legitimate company. They do not take cards too. Story: had them pick up my car from Miller's Acura woodfield. I have documents proving they picked it up. When they dropped it off it looked alright I didn't see anything. Had the car Inspected 6 days later (have a busy life). One tire was torn in the rear on the inner side of the wall. Needed to feel for it. Not something I can do. I do not even have 5 miles on the car and I live in a suburb. No liter anywhere. I call them and asked and they had NO RECORD of me using their services other than 1 guy (Alex). They deleted my information. It sounds like they hid it on purpose. I will never have a car delivered to me again because of theses people . Unprofessional. When I asked if they kept records they did yes but. They lie as well. What happens when you go cheap. Do some other respectable company like Mr. Flatbed or something."

"No updates on arrival. Showed up early buy a day. Damaged to my passenger side skirt. Damage to my front driver rim. Lack of communication and drop off pictures were hiding the damages. Noticed and reached out and was told i had rust but the car never had rust and paint was to new. Damage the wheel couldn't happen cause of how they strap the car down but hard to get to there when my car is lowered and tires just about touch fenders. So they denied damage to my car when it wasn’t like this in the before picture even the pictures i took before it took off."
