"Our experience with this company and the manner in which we were treated by the driver, as a family traveling with two young children, is still baffling to me. I can’t understand how this company can still be in business with the way they treat their customers. I have never experienced this level of treatment by a business before. It's been several months since our experience and my 6 year old still talks about the 'mean lady' who drove us to the airport. I would give 0 stars if I could."

I dropped a necklace in their taxi and, before I even realized that it was missing, they reached out to me. And, they dropped it off at my house! Another plus - their taxis are always spotless!"

"2 minutes after dropping us off, Lake Forest Taxi sent us this message. “Your ride should cost $15 more. There was only a coincidence that you were picked up with a minivan. You provided false information that you only have three carry-ons and you didn’t mention about a wheelchair and walker. Lake Forest Taxi.” I have taken hundreds of Uber rides, I have met so many wonderful and interesting drivers. I was never asked to pre-pay and pre-tip with Uber drivers. I was asked to pre pay AND pre tip Lake Forest Taxi. This driver never handled or touched the wheelchair and walker. There were only three carry-ons. I never dreamed any driver would resent driving a handicap and elderly person, never mind accusing customers of purposely trying to deceive Lake Forest Taxi. Lake Forest Taxi is not customer friendly and they are expensive. Stick with Uber or Lyft. Do yourself a favor."

I was able to schedule a pickup less than 24hrs and had constant updates and continuel communication via, text (driver), email and phone. The rate was fantastic and beat any other transport service in the area. Their fleet of vehicles were clean, modern and professional. In conclusion the customer service and flexibility for a last minute accommodation was 10/10. I have complete confidence in their service and I will now only book through LFT over Uber or any other transportation service in the Chicago area."
