"Nice facility and friendly staff, but I will say that anyone that rents from them or any U-Haul, make sure you TAKE PICTURES of your odometer and fuel gauge before you leave and when you return. It just helps with what you are getting charged for and how they read the analog gauges. They charged me for gas where I already filled it up to where it needed to be but was recorded that it was less. I spoke to customer service and showed my gas receipt and they refunded me the gas charge but it’s such a hassle. The positive-The truck I rented was great and was perfect for job we needed to complete."
