"I wish there was a way to leave a rating with zero stars. I recently scheduled a transport to Midway airport with this taxi “service”. The day before the pickup I spoke with someone and they assured me they would be at my home at the agreed time of 4:45am. The morning of the scheduled pickup I get a call at 4:15am (30 mins before the scheduled pickup) from a person from Metro Yellow Cab saying “we can’t find anyone to pick you up”. When I asked how they were going to help me or if he had any suggestions how I could find a last minute pickup he said “call information!” as if the magical epiphany of 411 was going to solve the problem. Ridiculous! Living just north of Barrington it is almost impossible to find an Uber or Lyft at 4:30am and any other taxi service in the area would take at least 45 minutes to pick me up (hints: the pre-scheduled pickup with Metro Yellow Cab) which would have made me late for my early morning flight for work. Due to the lack of professionalism and performing the absolute core of their business (giving people rides to agreed upon location at agreed upon times)of the Metro Yellow Cab, I was forced to drive myself to the airport and accrue a $75 long term parking bill. I work for the government and they will pay for transportation to and from the airport but will not reimburse long term parking. I welcome the Metro Yellow Cab Company to do the right thing and reimburse me for the simple $75 I paid out of my own pocket, which is minor due to the fact that I also missed my flight and was extremely late for important meetings scheduled that day. I also welcome anyone at MYC CO. to reach out to me and right this wrong. My review/rating will be updated if and when an attempt to contact me is made by the company. until that time, BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!"

"All I was trying to do was order a cab to get home after work, and whoever the operator was seriously needs a lesson in customer service. Borderline yell/talking at me she had pure attitude. When I had enough I let her know she needs an attitude adjustment and I no longer wanted use their services and hung up. I will never use this cab service."
