"A year ago police were all around our school, but now there are none in sight. I'm in a fifth grade and they recently added air conditioning too our classroom. The bad part is that sometimes we have to do this thing called heat rotation in which we switch classrooms, but the problem is that sometimes they don't turn the AC (Not ACDC.) on."

"As a parent i was mortified to find out a year after the Sandy Hook incident the only thing that has changed as far as safety is the need for an I.D to get in, which is standard protocol even for a daycare. After complaining last year and this year with the principal new/old and the police department, i keep getting a line of " we are working closely together with the school/police department in this matter"...AND?????. I have informed the principal and police department again, that if some horrific incident happens to our children, it is on her/their lap!!!. Why on earth are these people not putting some kind of prevention in place? . As a parent i am outraged!! Shelly Frye"
