"We joined Busy Bees in fall of 2020, mid-pandemic frenzy, and have been so pleased with the care the staff have taken to keep our children healthy and happy while at daycare! While the limitations caused by the pandemic have strained parent-school partnerships (everywhere), we appreciate the communication, warm greetings, and photos/art that are shared with us. Maricela and her staff are very warm and professional."
"Busy Bees Montessori School provides a wonderful learning environment with knowledgeable and caring teachers who bring learning to life with creative lessons. The Montessori method fosters independence and confidence in every child from as young an age as infants. There is also a great full-day kindergarten program offered here."
"We love Busy Bee’s! Our son has flourished by attending this amazing daycare. He started at three months old (now 19 months) and we have seen him grow leaps and bounds under the guidance and love of this wonderful team of caregivers! They are kind, loving, and want to be a team with each set of parents to provide the best care and environment for the kids. As a former elementary school teacher, I know my kiddo is in the right place to learn as much as possible in these extremely important early childhood years."
"Busy Bees has been such a blessing for my family. My son began attending the school when he was 2 years old and my daughter has been there since she was 4 months old. Busy Bees provides a loving environment where children are encouraged to explore, ask questions, gain independence and learn to be kind and caring to others and their environment. The teachers are patient and encouraging with the kids and you can tell they truly love the children. My kids love them back, and talk about their teachers all the time. From a young age, children are taught life skills, such as pouring water into a cup and putting on their own jackets, that help them gain independence and confidence. By 18 months, my daughter was feeding herself with a fork and spoon and drinking out of a cup with no lid. Before her second birthday, she was singing her ABCs. My son is 4 and can count 100. I would have thought that was not possible, but Busy Bees fosters this desire to learn and grow in kids. I don't share that to brag about my kids, but to show how well Busy Bees does teaching children from an early age. My kids' development seems to be the norm for students at Busy Bees. What's even better, my kids don't feel like they are "in school" -- they have developed a love of learning, and they continue to test their limits and try new things. As a mother, this is such a gift to watch. I feel really lucky to be part of the Busy Bees family because it has introduced me to so many wonderful people, both the teachers and parents alike, who come from all over the world. My children and I have made friends we will have for many years to come, all because of this wonderful school. I encourage all parents to reach out to Maricela to learn about the amazing school she has built!"
"We have sent our son to Busy Bee since he was 8 weeks old and he has thrived here. He loves to go to school and see his teachers and friends each day. The new location is very clean and staff is taking all the necessary measures with Covid to ensure the safety of the children, staff and families. Montessori teaching encourages self guided teaching as well as teacher lead lessons and we appreciate this approach to learning."
