I'm here often because I have a UPS mailbox, and each time I stop in the store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is efficient. I've used their mailing services, copy services, their shredding services and their Notary service. These are great conveniences. I also appreciate the fact that I can have important items that require a signature sent here and I don't have to worry about whether or not I'll be home to sign. I'm sent an email as soon as the package arrives so I can pop over and pick it up at my convenience."
