They understood the requirements, not happy about the loan Amt vs requested (gave a weird reason for it which is so funny to believe) but still I continued. Overall happy.. but it seems credit officer should have been more transparent and should have called me to understand before generalizing decision"

I was very crunched on time and looking for a better auto finance rate and Michelle took my call on a Saturday late hour and offered to start my application right over the phone! She got everything started so when I went in first thing Monday, Rachel took such amazing care of me and promptly finished the job. Not only did they get me the best finance rate out there (trust me I checked EVERYWHERE) BUT they even went lower then I was initially told cause I opened a cc with them! The best part was it’s a cc is a much lower interest then the one I currently use with BETTER cash back rewards. A win-win!
