I live about 72 miles away from Jim's location and he added padding and tied it down perfectly for travel. What a delight to work with a vendor like Jim in an virtual world where everything is dropped off and now one is there to assist. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive for a perfectly assembled ebike that actually work w great customer service. Loving it, did my first 10 mile trek yesterday!!"
