"Very professional, timely and caring service with exceptional attention to the customer from quote to finish. Brief overview of service provided: My father fell ill in Florida with health related issues. It was clear I needed to get him transferred from Florida to an Ohio hospital for additional care. I found AeroCare via the web and requested a quotation for a flight from central Florida to northeast Ohio. Lynette did an exceptional job as my sales representative for the quotation. We discussed various trip alternatives, while also confirming general lead time to book a flight. Note, AeroCare requests at least 24 hours to book a flight, but was able to book this flight in less time in this case due to availably of the aircraft and crew. Ambulance service was included in the itinerary, hospital to aircraft and then again on the receiving end to the receiving hospital. Lynette provided timely updates for the flight, which were highly appreciated. This was an extra special situation and I am very glad AeroCare was there to provide such excellent service and care for my father. Well done and many thanks to the entire AeroCare team!! ."
"Towards the end of a 7 day cruise, our 28 year old daughter found herself admitted to an ICU about an hour outside of Cancun Mexico on Oct 4, 2019. I arrived the following day to find our daughter intubated with a mechanical ventilator and covered with a multitude of wires, needles and tubes. Never having encountered an experience like this before, my husband and I were at a loss for what to do and how to get her back into the United States for treatment. Through our healthcare work experience, we did research to learn about AeroCare. Jennifer and the team at AeroCare were absolutely amazing at guiding us through the international transfer process...a true answer to prayer! God utilized their skills to help us quickly book the flight. Jennifer graciously walked my husband and I through the process, provided advance insights to address discharge procedures related to the Mexico healthcare system and quickly prepared an awesome, professional team of clinicians (Dwight, Zach, Leah) and pilots (Brad, Courtney) who were placed on standby awaiting approval to move forward. Approval was received around 2pm and the team was in the air within a few hours following. Directly prior to the team's arrival, the hospital in Mexico submitted a set of charges for the last day of our daughter's hospital stay which they wanted confirmation of payment for prior to our departure. Discovery of a new set of charges came around 5:30 - 6pm. Through a myriad of phone calls, challenging circumstances, diligent efforts and long delays, I worked with the hospital staff in Mexico to get the situation resolved. The clinical team arrived prior to resolution. They patiently waited and encouraged me that they were not leaving without us. What a relief! Jennifer connected with me multiple times to check status and assist with speaking to a member of the embassy to discuss the situation and possibly get help to be released. Proactively the team communicated with my husband and me. After 6 plus hours of working with the hospital and insurance company and, a 4 plus hour wait for the AeroCare onsite team, we got the hospital's approval to leave. Within minutes, the team prepared our daughter for intensive care transport, thoughtfully shared details regarding the process of custom checks, provided additional information about the plane and travel plans and overall made the experience incredibly amazing in spite of the situation at hand! We arrived around 3 hours later safe and sound in the intensive care unit at a hospital in the United States. I thank God frequently for the compassionate care, proactive teamwork, professional service, calm and ease of transition made possible by AeroCare! We would have been at a complete loss without them!"
"Lexie and everyone I dealt with at AeroCare were fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of comfortable, professional and expedient transportation. My mother needed to be transported from North Carolina to Washington State in order to continue her recovery in her home town. Within a matter of days after my initial contact with AeroCare my mother was back home. Lexie was my primary point of contact and she worked with the hospital, the local ambulance companies, the out patient facility and her staff to coordinate everything that was needed for an efficient and well organized transport. The flight crew and medical crew were very professional. After departure Lexie provided me updates on their progress as they made their way across the country and a final follow up once my mother had reached her final destination. AeroCare provides a very unique service and I don't know that we could have accommodated my mothers desire to return home any other way. What an exceptional experience in an otherwise very stressful and difficult time."
"My mom’s mobility became limited while she was snow birding in AZ for the winter and needed supervised medical attention to bring her back to Illinois to get her near her family. Aerocare was super responsive, easy to work with and took all of the stress out of getting mom home! They took amazing care of her from door to door. We could not be more happy with the medical flight crew! Thank you Aerocare for bringing mom home to her family."
"My brother was hospitalized while out of state and subsequently told he was terminal. Thanks to Katy's hard work, Aerocare had us (my brother, his wife and myself) flying home within 36 hr. She was professional and dedicated, as were the medical team, Kathryn and Mike. The team not only provided excellent medical care before, during and after the flight, but they also ensured my brother's comfort by diligently adjusting pillows, bandages, etc as needed. The flight crew, Mike and Mike, were also top notch! It was worth the cost since it allowed my parents to be with my brother during the final 5 days of his life."
