"Absentee ownership. The two brothers that own Merx are rarely there. Their biggest input to the staff is to send out monthly reminders to review them on Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn. They leave the daily operating decisions to the Operations manager. This would be normal, but the ownership doesn't back the operations manager and instead let's the narcissistic, stubborn, Safety Manager and incompetent Accounting Manager run the company. This results in NO clear direction and a pure lack of discernment. DRIVER WARNING: This company is run by the safety manager and accounting manager. Any decisions made will go against the driver 100% of the time."

"This company is by far the greatest company to work for. I want to thanks the owners, the maintenance crew lalo Amillo and kailyun. I want to also thank the dispatchers for team purple Matt, Joanna, and all the others. The Saftey department is great as well, Rosie can be tough sometimes but it’s all in good spirit, she simply wants drivers to excel and prosper in this profession. I work for this company for almost 2 years. I had an amazing experience and made a lot of money. They were consistent when it came to getting you miles, and also getting you home. I literally have no complaints no even one. Everyone treats you with spirit and this company truly embodies the family atmosphere truckers look for. It’s unfortunate that I have to depart due to family obligations. "I took my truck to this place, for a simple oil change service. They returned it to me with:too much oil(Overfill) +4 codes ( the truck had none before). And their price$$ are high...(expensive). I Will NOT return to this place again,neither recommend anyone to do so."
