"Ordered a stuffed crust pizza, went to pick it up & it wasn’t stuffed crust. They admitted the mistake was on their end & the offered to remake it. I had to wait all over again & when I returned to pick it up the 2nd time, they charged me full price, never even took $1 off for the inconvenience, didn’t throw an order of bread sticks in or even give a coupon for a couple of bucks off of the next order."

"It was very busy and they didn't give me a whole pizza I was supposed to get. When my friend called she was told it was too busy to make it now and just kept making excuses for "the new guy." I appreciate the fact that he was new but stop making excuses and make it RIGHT. I'm not a huge fan of pizza hut anyway but it just keeps getting worse and not convincing me to give it another try.
