"At this point I cannot give a recommendation. I have asked for information in my child’s counseling and why is it ok to counsel my other child without my authorization or my prior consent. I have also requested time of and portion of appts spent NOT with child that had originally been scheduled for. I will update this as determined by response of own from email or this post. "If I could give zero stars, I would. My son had been going here for a few years prior. It had been four years since his last appointment. Camille told me flat out she told her office manager to get our insurance information, she did not but Did ask for my credit card. They didn’t bother telling us they did not accept our insurance any longer. The way it was handled by the office manager and Camille was extremely unprofessional. They admitted to their mistakes, but still were passing it onto us. The office manager never canceled our next appointment and another $116 no-show fee was charged. Then asked me why I was so upset…. Really??? This place has no ethics whatsoever and judging by all of the other terrible reviews it’s obvious. I DON’T recommend this place."

"I found this office and staff extremely unprofessional. Kelly has a book she likes to share with her clients about how diseases are caused from mental issues. Knowing my sister was suffering from cancer, she referred to the book which detailed that having cancer is caused from holding “too many grudges”. She likes to use the time for her sessions to talk about her ex husband and their struggles. She could likely benefit from therapy herself instead of using her client’s billed and timed sessions. The office made a mistake and billed my credit card for multiple sessions while waiting to submit and receive payment from my insurance company. They require you to have a card on file for this brief lapse in payment. When contacting their office once insurance had paid them (they needed to refund my portion since they were paid by me and then by insurance for each service in full) they would not answer any calls or voicemails. My insurance contacted them many times with no answer. This went on for months. I got an email one day stating that I was “fired” as a client because of the amount of calls they received and how this distracted from apparent other client care (one phone call a week). This could have all been solved by a simple phone call to verify my card information for the reimbursement. This went on for months and I eventually found out they reimbursed an expired card that was given to them years prior when I first became a client. I never receieved the $200 which was owed and gave up since it was too much of a hassel trying to get in contact with them. However, I am sure they will have time to comment on this post."

"My ex wife used this business through her cohorts who are also illegal immigrants. They immediately tried to have me sign a waiver to allow her to use the marriage counseling session in court. I had asked her for marriage counseling for 2 years prior but she refused. They help illegal immigrants establish a false record in court to defraud a man out of everything and take his children from him. Then they offer manipulation under the guise of counseling to establish the man as the bad guy to the child. These people are pure evil."

"Very unprofessional practice here. They don't tell you when your session is over and then charge you extra without telling you. Don't give these scammers your credit card info in your paperwork - huge mistake that will leave you disputing charges with your bank because the Happy Brain office is completely unhelpful and only interested in charging you as much as they can. Worst medical office I've ever dealt with."
