"I had one of the most unprofessional experiences here… they just want you to schedule more and more sessions to fund their practice. In addition, I had to call them about 7 times in 2 weeks to finally get the receptionist on the line. No call backs what so ever. Additionally, it took them days to respond to my email after my first session and they completely ignored my email reply after that. They do not empathize what so ever with your issues and don’t genuinely care about your health. I met with Rebecca FYI. Very disappointed. Not only have I wasted my money, but I have wasted 3 weeks of my life meeting with Rebecca and waiting around for a call and/or email back. Avoid and find a better practice to go to - one that is caring and provides a professional customer service."
