"1 month later and never returned to anchor the trailer and fix broken windows as promised. Not answering calls or texts. Set it under a powerline so it needs moved again. Was hung up on my road for 3 days with barely enough room to get around it. Did not show up until the afternoon to try to move it any further and did not show up at all one day while my neighbor was having to drive his wife back and forth on a side-by-side to her vehicle stuck on the other end of the road. The only day they showed up before noon was payday. Now I understand why they didn't have a waitlist. Getting in a hurry has put us in a position where we still can't get utilities one month after the fact. Save yourself some stress and call someone else."

"Do NOT use these people. They took over 2 weeks to even get started, didn't communicate whatsoever, and my trailer is still not set up all the way. They told me it would be done by October 12th. Also, he broke 2 of my windows and still hasn't come back to fix them, even though they promised to be done by the 31st of October. Also, they literally left my house on the SIDE OF THE ROAD for 2 days. They also took out some of my neighbors fence line. Do not use these people unless you want to be out of thousands of dollars with more damage than you started with!"

"Very unprofessional! Would not recommend to my worst enemy! Do not have them move your double wide! They didn’t show up until at least noon (some days it was 2-4 pm or they didn’t show up at all)! The last day, when they were going to “finish” the job and get paid, they showed up around 9:30 am, though. James wouldn’t return phone calls or answer texts. We were told it would look exactly like it did when they took it apart. Instead, it’s not level and we have to figure out how to put everything back up that they took down. We will also have to replace missing and broken trim. Not to mention cleaning the toilets they used (when we don’t have a septic tank yet) and cleaning up all the trash they left outside on the ground. Continuous lies spewed from James’ mouth about what they were going to do and when they were going to do it."
