"I have been expecting 2 Packages, One was left outside in the rain instead of the roofed porch and the other scheduled for the same day has not shown up a week later due with a different Delay reason everyday. Do Not Order through Fedex if it will go through this facility. Have had nothing but trouble and delays every time I have to get a package from them and if your package is over 10LBS they will find every excuse to not deliver. Lazy"

"Sent my iPhone off to be repaired and when it was on its way back it went through the Sikeston FedEx and two days after it was supposed to be delivered I get a notification saying that someone was trying to change my Apple ID password, I used my husbands phone to track my phones location and see it’s traveling down the highway away from Sikeston and towards Dexter which is not on the way to my house. So, I look at my tracking and 6 minutes earlier it was reported that the package was damaged and returned. I call and they tell me it came back damaged and empty. Someone at this facility definitely stole my phone and FedEx isn’t going to do anything to make it right. More importantly, someone from Sikeston is stealing packages and getting away with it."
