"Unethical - we will be reporting Dr Wilson to the medical board. My husband has joint medical of his mentally ill daughter and Dr Wilson suddenly cut off all communication and contact with him. We were perplexed. Doctors are under oath to do no harm. Dr Wilson did great harm."

"was wish Dr. Wilson for 4-5 years. when i first started medication, it worked out pretty well. once i reached my worst anxiety she switched the medications to a lower dose, and for 2 years it was non-stop changes. there was never a consistent medication for me. the dosages or the medicine would change, even if it worked for me! she will NOT listen to your real concerns. wish i found a different psychiatrist when i had the chance."

"We've had a really good experience here with Dr. Katie Wilson (for our youngest) and also the psychiatric nurse practitioner who has treated one of our exchange student who was diagnosed with depression. They are very professional, but most importantly seem extremely well-trained, utilizing evidence-based practice. Very thankful we found Willow Tree."

"She does a great job truly listening to the child and the parent. She takes in consideration our concerns and explains any treatment very carefully. She is very careful with medications she prescribes. The only downfall is usually the wait time is considerable but I would prefer her to take her time with each child so I do not hold her against that. The staff is amazing and so caring. We’ve had a few emergencies or last minute requests and they went above and beyond for us!"

"By far the worst customer service I have ever received. Four months ago, our pediatrician referred us to willow tree for an evaluation before school starts. My daughter had an appointment this morning at 9:20am, I received a confirmation text around 8am as a reminder of the appointment. I called the drs office to reschedule the appointment I had forgotten about. The lady at the front desk told me I couldn’t reschedule because it was a no show appointment and we were new patients... I had mentioned I didn’t receive any other confirmations other than the text message. She said “well we send out email, text message and calls” I DID NOT RECIEVE A PHONE CALL OR EMAIL. I asked to speak to a manager, who repeated what she said. I asked what email they had on file, what she read back to me was totally incorrect.. and put the blame on me, once again not allowing me to schedule an appointment so I could get my daughter the help that she needs. Without this appointment she doesn’t get the special care she needs throughout the school year from the district. I just hope they are perfect and never make a single mistake.. because they definitely made me feel like a terrible person for forgetting the appointment I made FOUR MONTHS AGO. My child is severe adhd, amongst other things and constantly has me busy. Working in this field they should understand that a parents hands are full sometimes and some things slip our minds. This place has too much pride to admit that they are at fault as well, and is allowing my child to go without the help she needs. That goes to prove that they don’t care about a childs well being."
