"I've ordered quite a bit of stuff online including jerseys they have customized. The product is always fantastic. I even had a very specific request on one of my recent orders about using a jersey for my order from Guatemala over Indonesia because the Guatemala jerseys fit better and they had no problem honoring the request. I usually buy a hat from them when I visit Chicago for a game and they have a sense of urgency because the place is packed and most people are in a hurry anyway, so I like the urgency. They may not have Chick Fil A level customer service skills, but they carry an excellent selection of hats and apparel, and they do a great job with jerseys. I've also never had anything go wrong with an online order in terms of shipping issues or delays."

"Tony is excellent as he assisted my daughter when she was at the store. I ordered online and Tony called me , not emailed, but called ( way better than an email) to tell me they would have to get the jacket I ordered from another store . Great service !"

"I would be very careful doing business with this company. I placed two orders online for shirts and hats. In each order the wrong shirt was sent. And one of the hats that was sent had no tags or any of the other markings of a new hat and was missing the piece in the back to adjust the hat. I called the business repeatedly and could not get a manager to return my call. Eventually I was able to return the items and have since been attempting to get my appropriate refund. They eventually gave me a partial refund and I was accused of having taken the tags and markings off the hat. During my last call I was told a manager would email me back. I am still waiting. I have never previously done a google review, good or bad, but the actions of this business left me no choice. This has been as frustrating experience as I have ever had with a business."

"I was almost opted not to order from here based on all the negative reviews, so I thought I'd leave a good one reflecting my experience. It was a perfect transaction. The product received was exactly what was ordered and the delivery timeframe quoted online was accurate to within a couple of days. Customer Service folks were always pleasant to speak with. "I was almost scared away from ordering from here after all the negative reviews, so I thought I'd leave a good one. I ordered a hat on Wednesday, it shipped right away, and it was delivered on Friday. It was packed correctly in a box so it did not get crushed in transit. No issues whatsoever."
