"After moving to Chicago, I was grateful to find a tennis shop offering a wide selection of racquets and no nonsense customer service. I have purchased two racquets, tennis balls, and had grips replaced, all at very reasonable prices. And when tennis balls were in short supply as a result of the pandemic caused supply chain problems, Your Advantage had a supply of tennis balls and there was no price gouging whatsoever. I would highly recommend this shop for all serious tennis players."

"Don‘t go there for stringing! Nice store with a lot of good equipment and good pricing. However they are not organized at all. I dropped my racquet on a Saturday and they told me that it would be ready next Friday (6 days, which I thought was annoyingly long already). I came back Sunday next week to collect it to give them two more days, but the racquet wasn‘t ready. I didn’t get a call or any other notification, so I took the trip from across the city for no reason and need to wait for another week. Staff didn’t care too much either, no real apology or empathy was shown. I won’t come back, there are other shops which may be more reliable."
