"Driver lied. Says attempted delivery not home. They can’t even claim we didn’t hear them because I went back and checked my motion activated cameras and no one came down our driveway any time when it shows attempted delivery."

"The drivers have always been great. Until today. Had a short white male with a hat and untucked shirt deliver my package this morning. Thought he was a random guy. He threw my package and then walks all over my flowers back to his truck. Is he slow? How hard is it to do manual labor that requires little thinking? Do better."

"It’s hard to contact anyone because they send you to the internet to do anything. They have been delivering my packages to the wrong house even after I have put numbers on my house and had to drive them down to ask where they have put my boxes. They said the GPS keeps taking them to different houses but my opinion is if they house number isn’t the one on the package it isn’t the house. I worked for the mail office and it doesn’t take much to actually look for a house that has numbers. It’s different if it doesn’t"

"This review has been a long time coming. I have a covered porch at my front door and other delivery services walk up the sidewalk and place the packages at my front door. However, I have noticed if my FedEx package comes from the West Frankfort facility I will find it anywhere EXCEPT at my front door. I have found it slid under my garage door, resting against my jeep tire, or in front of my closed garage door (exposed to excessive wind and any other weather), or at my back door which also leaves packages exposed to the elements. I do not like having to hunt down my package when I get the notification that it is delivered. How hard is it to leave it on the front porch? Also I was tracking my most recent delivery on the SHOP app. My package (which included a gift) jumped from the West Frankfort to truck to facility to truck 7 times before being delivered today (and left in unprotected area.) When I went to the Fed Ex site to view tracking, it was as though they only got it the same day the delivered it. Very misleading. Attached are photos of where items SHOULD be delivered and where they actually were delivered…a few more steps!"
