"I was forced to return a car to this location, on a Tuesday, after it had mechanical issues. Upon return, an employee came out, started the vehicle, and presumably inspected it before verbally telling me I was "good to go." Thursday I get a notification email for damage recovery due to damage of said vehicle. I originally rented this vehicle from a national car rental as I have executive elite status and have rented over a hundred cars with them. All without incident. The first time I'm forced to deal with an enterprise location and now someone dings the rental more than 24hrs After I drop it off and they are attempting to blame me. I know this was filed late by this location, because I've had to file a damage claim with national when someone hit a previous rental years ago. The email notification is sent out and received almost immediately. But not in this case. This is fraudulent and I will be disputing it as well as filing a claim with my ccc. I recommend no one do business with this location. I know I never will again."

"I didn't realize they weren't located at the airport, but they both picked us up and dropped us off, which made our lives so much easier and for which we are so grateful! Tim handled all of our pick-up paperwork, etc, made sure we were happy in the car. He was great, along with everyone at the location that we dealt with. They seemed super busy, and I was grateful they had the time and took it to make sure everything was great. Would recommend! Thanks, y'all!"

"I needed a rental due to getting my personal vehicle fixed, they came and picked me up at the collision center and it was a pretty easy process to get my rental. They were all very friendly. If I had any complaints, it would be that our rental wasn’t the most clean. We ended up finding wrappers and even some over the counter medication under the seats. I actually only needed the car and paid for the rental until Thursday but the girl charged my card all the way up until Sunday without my knowledge. They did give me a refund for those unused days though. All in all it was an easy process and I’ll be a returning customer."

"I'm a newly homeless veteran in the marion area. I have been given the run around and absolutely snubbed at this location. I'm disgusted with the way I was treated from beginning to end. I have a job to get to as a live in caregiver for a Quadriprelegic veteran. My last night paid for at the hotel ends in two hours. I was assigned a Jeep Gladiator. Back and fourth with different requirements I've never in my life had to jump through so many hoops to at this juncture my car class isn't even available. Shame, at this site you all need to look at your prospective customers as people and not numbers. For everything that was required of me I was able to meet. Now I'm stranded. I refuse to do business with enterprise ever again..."

"Reserved my car from work over the phone at 9:45am , everything is all good for me to get the car at 5:00pm. I have an important trip to make and this is important… get there at 5:00pm, they need a physical debit card… even though I have my ID, the name is on my US bank debit card on the app with the numbers, exp. Date and cvv. Don’t take tap pay, can’t type the number in, also claim that I need a physical copy of my utility bill. None of this was stated on the phone, and no one called after the reservation to tell me any of this, yet some guy who sits in the corner says it was all in the email. I’m working a day job, I asked for a text confirmation (which I never got), and so they can’t rent the car to me. No back up plan, so trying to find an alternate plan. There is a reason they have a 3.9 review over all. The staff weren’t super friendly, the girl helping me seemed very frazzled and just kept saying how busy they were… and the guy in the corner answered her questions with one word while slopping whatever food he was chewing. Gross. Do not rent a car from these people or any enterprise if this is how they operate. Customer Service not something they specialize in at this store and definitely lack on letting the customer know what to bring. They had almost 8 hours to let me know what I needed and I got none of that information until I arrived except for the email the guy in the corner chewing his cud… definitely screwed up the entire plan and evening."
