Tower Loan

"Alexis at this location is very rude very disrespectful, threatens customers and laugh at at you when you tell them to quit calling that you have the wrong number she really should be fired from her position when you asked to speak to a manager she tells you they’re not available and then all of a sudden the managers available and he gets on the phone and he acts like a child just as well. His Name is Ben is what im told they treat people with attitudes and expect people to respect them. Why would you respect them when they’re the ones calling you going off on you? Also when you have an attorney and you give them their attorneys phone number to conduct business to your attorney, they don’t want to do that they say it’s not their job. It’s not their responsibility, I would not recommend getting a loan for this company"

Please be aware of the verbal threats, unprofessionalism and rude tactics. Customer service does not communicate to each other. There are other options, just avoid Tower Loan!"

"Had a very disappointing experience with Tower Loan with respect to the interview process . I was sent back home just because i did not have a driver’s license. Where as, neither the Job nor the person who called me for an interview gave me a hint that it could be a problem even after I had clearly mentioned it in the application that I didn’t possess a drivers license Please make sure that you do not waste your time and money behind Tower Loan , because they could just not care to even conduct a proper interview for the sake of something that wasn’t even a priority at first place as it was not even mentioned in the Job Description Was looking forward for a very positive experience but unfortunately Tower Loan isn’t very professional"
