"NOT A REAL BANK!!! Its only an ATM. there are 5 empty offices and just a random person sitting at a table. I tried to cash a check and they told me they were too busy! There was only one other person inside! Something is sketchy here, go to an actual bank."
"This new branch is awful. I went through the drive through and was the second car in line. The person in front of me was obviously having difficulty with the new ITM. After waiting 10 minutes I pulled around and went into the lobby, where I was told the ITM in the lobby is not functioning and that my only option is to go through the drive through. Back in the car and another 5 minute wait for the gentleman to finish his transaction. It took over 20 minutes for me to make a simple 2 minute deposit because this branch only capable of serving one customer at a time."
