"STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS Keith is really rude and at the same time he doesn’t know how this business works. They don’t take care of any issues with the load and neither does take responsibility for any faults on their part. He got us stuck overnight at border and then refused to take responsibility and tried to blame us for their own fault. I would never work with them again."

"Nick Mallon - the worst broker and MDX is one of the worst companies I worked with. DO NOT book a load with them. Sent a truck on Friday, load was not ready and they cancelled the truck. Driver had to drive back home empty 700 miles. Nick stated he was working with the customer to get TONU and then stopped responding to my emails. 10 days later finally got back to me stating the load was closed and he can’t pay TONU. He also said he was on vacation and that’s why he didn’t get back to me in time yet complained that too much time had passed since my request. Like whose fault was that?? I am filing complaints with BBB and against their bond insurance. The most unprofessional and dishonest company."

"I should have read the reviews before booking with them. We booked a load and after the driver drove 60 miles to pick up and sat for 2.5 hours, they decided the load was no good. They never verified before dispatching that the load was good. The shipper stated that the broker knew but still sent a truck. Then they had the nerve to pay ONLY $100 TONU. In 22 years, I have never seen such a pitiful TONU. It cost us a load for the day and the driver's valuable time sitting there."

"They lost my pallet for almost 2 weeks… had a sale planned for tools which were part of the ones on the pallet I was supposed to receive. Showed up damaged and straps of theirs holding boxes together no longer wrapped.. missing some of the tools and they aren’t going to do anything about it. I see why they have one star on here.. I talked to Keith Mallon and he was very unprofessional and rude.. be careful who you use for shipping.."

"Sketchy to book loads with. You think you have the load but you really don't the last 3 loads we have booked with them have gotten pulled out from under us... Even though they probably just booked it with a different carrier for cheaper. Overall a sketchy company don't work with them. Keith has done it 2 times to us so STAY AWAY FROM KEITH"
